Membership Eligibility

The Institute for Workplace Equality is a national non-profit employer association whose member employers represent all major U.S. industries and economic sectors. Law firms, consulting firms, and other organizations providing workplace legal and compliance services are not eligible for Institute membership.

The Institute is unique among federal contractor networks in our cross-functional approach. A single membership held by a member employer can be utilized by an unlimited number of employees within their organization, allowing them to take advantage of all membership benefits and resources.
