The second session of the Fundamentals of AAPs Series covers the core content around creating the required reporting obligations of an Affirmative Action Plan. This includes a review of how a Workforce Analysis, Job Group Analysis, Availability, Utilization Analysis, and Goals reports are created and analyzed. The session focuses not only on the ‘how-to’ create the plan, but also key take-aways for structuring the Affirmative Action Plan in a strategic and useful way. Additionally, we include key take-aways on how to read, interpret and implement the results from the Affirmative Action Plan.
